Mandy & Pauls Wedding Photography – Elsham Hall, Lincolnshire

Congratulations to Mandy and Paul who were married yesterday at Elsham Hall. What a lovely day it was!  We arrived at the brides parents house bright and early to find everything calm and organised. This was to be the flavour of the whole day with credit to the happy couple who had done all of the hard work in planning everything beautifully but were happy to let the day flow and take its own shape. This made for a relaxed, warm feel to the day and made our job as photographers so much easier.  The bride and her bridesmaids were all ready in good time which gave us a good chance to create some lovely shots before they left the house. The groomsmen were equally organised and were happy to work with us in the bright spring sunshine. As always, Elaine and the team at Elsham Hall had everything beautifully organised and the barn looked stunning.

Following the ceremony we had great fun doing the family and group shots and our thanks go to both families for their good humour and support in creating a mix of our usual formal pictures and something a little different in the fun, candid style photographs.

Sometimes at a wedding, as a photographer you get a glimpse of something very special and yesterday was that kind of day. It was clear to see that Mandy and Paul were just so happy to have found each other and to be marrying in front of their close family and friends. We are so lucky that Mandy and Paul chose us to photograph their wedding day; we could not have asked for better clients! We wish them every happiness together and look forward very much to sharing the rest of their wedding photography collection with them!

Mandy & Paul’s Pre Wedding Photography Shoot

I am delighted to share with you the pre wedding photography for Mandy and Paul who are getting married in May at one of our favourite venues: Elsham Hall. We were very fortunate with the weather on Friday with some lovely Spring sunshine. Our pre wedding photography shoots are a great way for us to find out about the wedding day plans and for the couple to get used to having their photographs taken. Mandy and Paul are a lovely couple and were very natural and relaxed in front of the camera so we are very much photographing their big day!

Jayne & Dan’s Preview Wedding Photography

I am happy to share with you a preview of the wedding photography for Jayne and Dan who were married yesterday at the Hallmark Hotel, North Ferriby. The bride was given away by her brother Lee and looked stunning in her dress from Elite Bridalwear. We spent a lovely couple of hours with the bride, her mum and the bridesmaids and everyone was extremely happy and relaxed which made our job so much easier! The groom and the best man, Rob were equally cool and relaxed and were happy to pose for photographs inside the hotel in order to avoid the incessant drizzle! However, the rain was unable to put a dampener on what was one of the most relaxed and happy days that we have had the pleasure of photographing. It finally relented for a short while after the wedding breakfast when we were able to dash outside for a few photographs. I have known Jayne and her family since she was a baby and it was a total joy to be able to photograph her special day. Jayne and Dan looked totally stunning but I can honestly say that they are a truly beautiful couple in every respect. Much love to them, their family and friends. Thank you for a really beautiful day!

Joanne & Scott – Preview Wedding Photography, Rowley Manor, near Hull

I am delighted to share with you the preview wedding photography for Joanne and Scott who were married yesterday at Rowley Manor, near Hull. This was a wonderful wedding to start the 2o15 wedding photography season. Joanne looked amazing in her beaded lace gown and was attended by her lovely daughters Sophie and Emily. This wedding was full of laughter and joy from start to finish. Lots of bright spring sunshine took the edge off the blustery winds which played havoc with dresses, hats and hairstyles alike! Scott looked super dashing alongside his bestman and sons Ethan and James and grandad Alan provided lots of laughs from the outset. Joanne walked down the aisle to ‘At Last’ which brought a chuckle from the congregation and on exiting the room, the bride and groom gave themselves a massive cheer! Joanne and Scott are truly lovely people and we had a wonderful day with them and their family and friends. Amanda and the team at Rowley were their usual efficient, good humoured and attentive selves and all it all it was the perfect wedding day. We wish Joanne, Scott and their wonderful family every happiness in the world! Thank you, we had a wonderful day!
