It’s been a while since we photographed a wedding, but on Saturday we had the pleasure of capturing Emma and Ian’s special day.

The event took place at Carlton Manor on the outskirts of Aldbrough on the East Coast.

The day was a mix of sunshine and cloud, with a blustery wind playing havoc with the ladies hair!

We started the day with Emma and her bridesmaids who were all together getting ready in the bridal suite. The atmosphere was happy and relaxed. After taking a few pictures we headed downstairs to meet up  with Ian and his groomsmen for their portraits.

Once Emma had finished her preparations, we were able to take some beautiful portraits of her. After this she headed downstairs for the big event.

East Riding Registrars delivered a lovely service and this was followed by celebratory drinks and canapés outside in the lovely summer sunshine.

Speeches proceeded the wedding breakfast and guest where entertained by the singing waiters!

We had a wonderful day with Emma and Ian and their family and friends and we wish them all every happiness in their future.
