At the weekend, we photographed Jo and Beu’s wedding celebration at the Cosy Club in Nottingham City Centre.

The happy couple have waited a long time to celebrate with family and friends. They originally tied the knot in 2020 during Covid restrictions.

This weekends celebration started with a traditional Celtic hand tie ceremony that was conducted by Jo’s mum Samantha.

There was not a dry eye in the house following the beautiful service in which the couple exchanged their very own personal vows to one another.

From a photography point of view, this was both a gift and a challenge; with some stylish locations offering fabulous backdrops for the photographs, and some tight spaces with little available light.

This was probably one of the most enjoyable weddings that we have ever shot, not least because we have a personal connection to the couple, but also because they, and everyone else looked after us so beautifully.

We wish Jo and Beu the very best that life can offer, and thank them for allowing us to share and photograph their special day.
